Message	He told me of this issue and I told him that he should have been billed 1 hour for a test pipe/high flow cat install (can be done without a lift in 1 hour). Who in there right mind would try to pass off 5x the Labor rate to even the most unknowledgeable customer? I might could see someone trying to stretch 2 - 2.5 hours but 5 Hours??
